turns off when charging.

Good afternoon, I had an error with Noda LILYO E-ECHO.
When connecting the node to a computer or charging it turns off and it doesn't turn on until I press the reset button.
The node doesn't start for the first time; sometimes you have to press the reset button several times.
At the moment I pressed the Reset button, and the red LED is constantly blinking, but the node does not turn on.
I ask you to explain to me what the problem is, or replace my device or return my money, 3 weeks have passed and it has broken down.

Disappointed by build quality and firmware

For this kind of money, I expected a better build and a battery that lasts a bit longer. Most settings change require a reboot and the Meshtastic app just hangs and you need to close the progress window.

Ok but I would

It works ok but I would prefer a thinner enclosure even if it implied being a bit taller. I also would like it to be water proof. The screen is too small and text is very hard to read with meshtastic firmware. Light stopped working after I upgraded firmware. Not sure if I changed some setting, though. Lilygo should produce a choice of well calibrated antennas.
