You may have encountered these problem while using T-Echo

Problem Solutions
Unable to locate. Please write this firmware for testing first 
After writing, take the device outdoors to locate it, and the coordinates will be displayed on the screen if the location is successful.
The display fails to show or shows abnormally. Please write Meshtastic or SoftRF firmware to test, if it still doesn't work, please take a video to us (the video needs to include the steps you wrote and the product), then we will help you to determine if the device is damaged and give you further solutions.
The device gets hot, or burns out. Please take some pictures or videos for us and explain which place is hot or damaged, our engineers will help you to troubleshoot the problem and provide further solutions.
The device can't be upgraded, can't recognise the USB, no response when plugged into the computer. Firstly, we suggest you to replace the USB cable and USB port to try, if it still doesn't work, please shoot us a step-by-step video of how you update, our engineers will help you to troubleshoot the problem and provide further solutions.
The touch function does not work. The SoftRF and Meshtastic firmware touch buttons do not have a defined function, so pressing a touch button has no effect.
If you want to test the touch button function, please write this example to test it.
