T-Display P4

I received three p4s from you 40 days ago, and quickly found that two of the three work just fine, but one is completely dead. I sent multiple emails to Lilygo at multiple email addresses,and have heard nothing from you.. two of the units are in use today and are working just fine, one of the units will not take a charge but will power on if plugged into USB, not very useful for a portable unit.. perhaps a charging circuit issue, perhaps a bad lithium ion battery, I don't know.. but I just find it remarkable that you asked me for a review but you will not stand behind your product and help somebody who purchased multiple radios. Two of the radios were intended as gifts to friends, they are using them today, I kept the bad radio and I'm unable to use it because of the charging issue.. frankly, I just put the whole issue out of my mind and gave up on you, until I got this email asking for a review.. I have enough problems of my own without having to deal with a company that will not answer a customer who has a problem with their product from the get-go.. why is it that you do not answer your emails? When I asked a pre-sale question it was answered within 5 minutes!! Get a dead unit sent to you and all you get is crickets!!
