Product looks great, nice case, smooth keys and track ball. The issues I have is first they took almost two months to arrive second they arrived with the wrong software installed on them. Communication was very slow. It took multiple emails to finally get tracking
Hi Sir, thanks for the feedback, we checked our communication record again, we received your email on Feb 5th, and Feb 31st asking about the track of the parcel, we replied to you on the same day, and the last time we received your email was on March 1st, since March 1st was a Saturday, we replied to your email on Monday, March 3rd.
Regarding the parcel didn't arrive in time, we are sorry, after checking, it was due to the change of tariff policy between China and the US during that time, which caused a batch of parcels to be processed slowly, we are sorry for that.
Regarding the wrong software installed, could you give us more hints, we didn't see any feedback about “wrong software” in the communication log, we noticed that the product you purchased is T-Deck Plus/ LILYGO Factory Firmware / 915Mhz/ White/ External Antennas, if you have any questions about this, please attach some pictures that can prove the “wrong software” and send them to “orders@lilygo.cc”, we will check again and give you an appropriate solution, thank you for your patience and cooperation.
I bought this since it looked like a good prebuilt option for this, but unfortunately after YANWEN has dropped it off at the port, it seems like its disappeared. I've heard nothing from Lilygo, and no update.

T-Deck Plus
Great little unit, but don't have anyone around to play with. Unit works as expected, though. Used basic testing equipment and passed all initial testing. Might have to get another one.
