Bad technical support

This is a good board, but I'm really disappointed with the Lilygo's support. I was asking for support for almost one and a half months because the board was not working as expected, but they were just sending back standard and predefined responses. They were sending directions for the wrong model, even when I was clarifying in every single email the model I bought.
Finally, I had to discover by myself that the problem was due to an error in the information shown on this site.
