Loved the form factor, ans the interaction between keyboard esp32c3 and the main Esp32s3 is very good and straight forward.

Shipping was a bit more than a week to Canada, came preloaded with Meshtastic. I develop mostly offline and with the examples was able to put together a pretty sweet user interface that lets me assign bash and javascript commands (through websockets) to remote machines from touch screen buttons, and remote control my computers with the keyboard and touchscreen as mouse. I got a refund because the trackball couldn't register down movements, but will likely buy more in the future when i have a project thats marketable.
The one thing thats a hardship is battery life, but thats a mix of a bright large colourful touchscreen, and not really knowing microcontroller power management.
Highly recommend. And Lora is sweet, I can notify my t-watch s3 what wifi i'm on from a long range.
Meets my expectations. Minus - no GPS module and other satellite positioning systems.
