Worst customer service ever

Received broken item. Contacted customer support immediately upon receiving broken item. Told to send pictures. Get a response back a few days later. Yeah we'll send you a part to fix it. Then a few days later they ask for my shipping info. They should have this I've given them the order number. A week goes by nothing. I ask for an update. We'll send it promptly thank you for your understanding. Another week goes by. No response. I've had to reach out every time to get any response which takes more than 24 hours for a response. I'm sure they're running the clock down so I can't dispute or ask for a refund.

Totally satisfied with the service and the product

It was my 1st order with Lilygo. As I'm from India, I usually purchase such products through my friends and family from US. It is very time-consuming process that depends on the travelling dates of the people. This is the 1st time I've placed the order myself directly to Lilygo. Shipping charges were decent, so as the shipping time. I also did not face any problem of customs. Packaging was good and intact on the delivery. Also satisfied the product. It was in working conditions with all the accessories neatly packed in the box. My doubts and queries were also resolved in time prior to placing the order. So, I'm a totally happy and satisfied customer and would love to order in future.
